You need to own Half Life 2 Episode 2, have it installed and launched at least once and mounted through gmod's menu. Look for the controller icon in the bottom right.

TankNut can you make it standalone? Not everyone who already bought hl2 is going to buy hl2e2 aswell

You will need others to own HL2:EP2, too.

If you want it to work on your server you'll have to mount ep2 on the server itself and all players will have to own ep2 to be able to see it.
