from what i have understand adding this to my Game.ini should change the upgrade costs on all items. but when i start the server the items still cost the same to upgrade. im running a 4x server and would like it to cost a bit more for upgrades. i havent found it anywhere posted but is there some other line i need in the ini to have it work properly?
