Bugs/Glitches/Problems/Performance

low Framerate / Lag
Not much I can do. I tried to push map performance as far as I could, keep in mind the open nature of the map and the amount of NPCs present. You can try disabling (all?) your addons and seeing if that helps. Sometimes it might be the case that one or two addons cause serious performance problems, or, perhaps, you just have too many of them total. You could also lower your graphics settings, but I doubt it will help much, since I assume most of the load goes onto the CPU.

If nothing helps but you still really want to play on this map specifically, you could try to slow down in-game time. This effectively gives the CPU more time to process each logic tick.
Speed

Three fourths
host_timescale 0.75
Half
host_timescale 0.5
Quarter
host_timescale 0.25
You could also bind it to a key. So, for example, this would toggle slowing down time by half when pressing 'B':
bind b "toggle host_timescale 0.5 1.0"
Keep in mind: you need 'sv_cheats 1' for this.

when ever i kill someone, police come, and after 3 -5 seconds, it crashes my game. and the skybox is messed up. can you fix this?

Is there any reason why theres heaps of props on the edge of the map, just next to the hotel? Because I was playing and I didn't know if it was a glitch and they were supposed to be in the hotel or something

I try to add more optimization, so your PC will render less NPCs and hopefully it will fix the crash.

This may just be a problem on my end but the first time I ran this map I got super garbled textures, not even the typical purple and black striped error textures but full on Zalgofied textures that looked completely blurred and distorted. The screen hints that pop up every time I load up a game are garbled and the text is completely illegible, even the text in the dev console is garbled and completely unreadable. Anything that could be the cause?

Maybe too many addons? Try checking game chache.

Are most of the NPCs suppose to be sitting? If they are, they are not sitting like the one in the bathtub

When I use the admin clean up all command after going on a rampage, people still run from me and police are aggressive, (the command is supposed to reset the whole map) I can fix the bug if I spam the clean up all button fast enough, but it’s annoying. Thanks! Awesome map!

I think it's a problem with source because I had the same in gm_opencity, but I think it's not a huge problem :) (I love my english :D)

Go to the place where you spawned, this should make you "good" again. I will fix this in the next versions. ^_^
