Looks interesting, but I stopped working on any mod support for now. Reason is that I don't use most of the mods people ask me to support, and it's only a matter of days/weeks till the author updates his/her mod which resets my efforts to zero.
Seen with PrepareCarefully, Combat Extended, Children & Pregnancy etc.
If someone is willing to add support for this mod, I'll gladly add the changes needed to this mod.

That is why I suggested your own gender-distinctive body logics, though maybe using their code (I don't know if that is considered appropriate in Workshop).
Many people in comments already asked that author for compatibility with Facial Stuff (which is obviously much more important mod), but looks like they don't want or don't know how.

If you get the "Gender Distinction v1.1" framework from LL, you can replace the original textures with whatever textures you want, including MaliBody though you'll need to rename textures if you want to use the non-legacy MaliBody textures.

Load order is "Facial Stuff 1.1" then the "Gender Distinction 1.1" mod. Both will work together.

If using the 'other' mod from LL, load the 'other' mod between the two.

It really works great! But as far as I can see there is no vanilla (and vanilla extended) clothes replacers for such bodies, so I have to make them myself...
