Only way to obtain at the moment is;
AdminCheat GFI Note X 0 0
Change X to value that is required.
As Admin of my games I have spawned in full boxes worth and left them unlocked and labelled on random beaches.
you could just add them to say white drop-pods....
anyways it sucks still because i have no way to add them via game.ini, they are in the engrams, but not craftable...
