what do you mean? It is allowed... If you have the possiblility to pick up normal creatures, then you can pick up also with alphas.

Some alphas like the matis for example cannot be picked.

What you can pick up is a developers decision, No option to allow pick up all creatures you want in this mod. Only way i know is try together with another mod like "grab everything", but i never tried together with Extinction Core.
