ini config? Crafting speeds?
Is there a way to speed up the crafting time in the workbench? Or change stack size of the prime hide, and other items in the mod?

No way to adjust crafting speed of EC-Structures, but prime ressource stacksize should change if you change the stacksize of vanilla ressources via gus.ini and ItemStackSizeMultiplier=
