Now I know why Metro line are invisible :v
The metro line isn't visible is because,... it isn't in the track at all!! You can see in my pic that the Metro actually run "on" the tunnel, instead of inside the tunnel.
In the law of Cities Skylines, public transport lines won't allow to be visible if the vehicle itself and the lines doesn't run on designated track. Ex: Bus with road, Metro with Metro track, Train with rail, monorail with monorail track, ...when you delete a track that has lines on it, you could see the line where you just delete is gone.

If you put the station back down does it correct itself? I wonder if this is for stations that were placed before the SH update occurred. That is interesting

Actually it happen when the vehicle "running" on the tunnel and not just in the station. I think because the way MOM mod affect the game hasn't changed. So everything shifted a little bit. MOM now should remake the tunnel with the new track. And kinda remake everything so Citizen won't be sunked into the platform too :v
And thanks for Developing MOM mod :3 I love this mod but because it break my game for now so I gonna stick with the Vanilla Metro until MOM had remake everything.

I started on purpose a completely new city about 1-2 weeks after the SH was realised and MOM updated. I have issues with the multi-End-Plattform sub station and with the vanilla sub station. It does connect the track but doesn't drive through the station. The same with the airport station

I have been having the same issue! What seems to be happening is that when I save and quit the game then reload it, the metro rails shift down about 3ft from where they were previously. This not only causes the trains to ride on top of the tunnels, but tunnel entrances to be messed up as well[imgur.com].
I know this happens after I exit the game, because new tunnels and stations look totally fine, it's just the existing tunnels and stations. Also, once I leave the new tunnels I just placed also "break."
It is important to note that other than difficulty seeing where lines are, and placing stops at specific platforms, the stations and trains are not broken[imgur.com]. They just exist about 3-6ft above were they should be, totally messing with muh immersion.
