Will MOM still work without the Sunset Harbor DLC?
Hi, i have planned to buy Cities Skylines with the Mass Transit DLC, and with the release of Sunset Harbor and the Overground Metro, i was just wondering if MOM will now require the Sunset Harbor DLC or if it will work as before, i am just wondering, i would appreciate a reply, thanks.

I believe the metro update is part of the free update (since it wasnt in the transport dev diary it must be in the free update), so I dont see why this mod would require the new dlc.

it's been said in the first dev diary that the overground metro is in the free patch alongside sunset harbor and not part of the paid content. That should answer your question
