what does troubleshooting step 6 say? I need a vanilla save. I can't load your save because you have custom content installed.

Complete all the troubleshooting steps. Don't just pick and choose. It's incredibly stupid and frustrating

Just double checking, although I'm thinking you haven't - you didn't use moveit or anything like that to reposition the plopped hub?

Just opened it up, there are no passengers travellinig by any public transport - probably because they're all moving out from the garbage build up. There's nothing showing me here that it's not working in comparison to any other station asset, as the train and monorail assets are also not transporting anyone, they're either all moving out or taking their cars.

in fact in this save they're all close enough to walk - so they are because it's cheaper to walk than pay for public transport:

As it stands, I have no proof showing me your problem - if you can - please try again and make sure your save is actually a better test :)

follow up on the follow up: I've tested in my own save, and i think you are right about the hub not recognising people. Thanks for bringing this up, I'll let you know how we go from here. it will mean a bit of testing to find out the problem and the solution.

Can confirm this is a bug we had fixed in beta, but must have broken again before releasing. It should be fixed in a hotfix, we're just waiting a small amount of time in case anything else major comes up. Sit tight and thanks for your troubleshooting efforts

Posting this save to showcase an issue/potential bug I've encountered when trying to replace a quad track station with a longer one in the same place. Cims will eventually stop using the station. The workshop link comes with steps in the description to reproduce this issue. Only Metro Overhaul Mod and its dependencies are in use. I am missing an asset which results in an error on load for elevated stations, but I did not use any elevated stations in this save and would not expect it to impact functionality of other stations.

Verified, thank you for your help! We will try and sort it out. In the meantime if you use the next shortest length: ie 184m it should work :)
