Power usage?
First I thought it was impossible, but for some reason I wanted to use some logic gate. With PGA only it was quite easy, but I'm surprised that my power usage (597) is below all other solutions so far. While PGAs are really inefficient in terms of power I wonder you can have a more power hungry solution than I have...

Hint for lowering power usage: There are 8 possible input combinations and a lot of people seem to focus primarily on distinguishing between 2 combinations that occur for a total of 6 out of those 8. Very enjoyable puzzle :approved:

i do not understand how to make less than 615, even with hint. Very enjoyable puzzle, helping to figure out how pga works, thx.
