Well, Bonk! is a highly caffienated soda, so perhaps it could have a speed-on-kill mechanic? Although, it would be pretty awesome as a GRU reskin.
Stats:

1. on hit: enemy takes 60% knockback damage.

2. 35- damage.

3. on kill: grants a temporary speed boost.

4. random critical hits active [mainly because of the heavily reduced damage]

5. wearer never takes fall damage.

On hit does same knockback as an airblast.
-60% damage

Now heavy can shotgun/minigun combo.

deals insane knockback
30% faster switch to and holster speed
30% faster swing rate

90% less damage
whilst active you are 15% more vulnarable
you are affected by knockback a lot more while active
20% more knockback recieved while holstered

I'd make it like a shield for heavy

+ On Alt-fire: Launch yourself forward (by opening the air seals, you deal mini-crits while launching yourself forward. lasts 3 seconds when uninterupted)
+ 25% Faster swing speed

- 25% Damage penalty
- Launching has a 10-20 second cooldown
