I've been trying for a few days to get this mod to work properly and have read about others' problems and how they fixed them, but the discussion about this error is over a year old, and I cannot find a file named "Skyrim.ini" (Only Skyrim_default.ini, which editting has yet to resolve the issue).

Here is what I've done to try to make it work:
1) Download Skyrim
2) Install SKSE
3) Run normal Skyrim to make sure it's working (it is)
4) Subscribe to SkyUI
5) Run the normal launcher to get it to sync
6) Run the skse_loader.exe as Administator
7) Load up a save
8) See Error Code 4

I've added the "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" to try and fix it, but to no avail. Also, I modified the settings under [Papyrus] to what the wiki says is the default values, despite the settings initially being the following (Which also didn't work):
