Problems with pedestrian paths
The police and the hearses cannot reach anything that is zoned along a pedestrian path. Therefore, I get «dead person waiting for transport» and «crime rate is high» messages because it seems that vehicles cannot reach these areas. Is there anything I did wrong or we simply cannot use the pedestrian zonable paths?

I'm seeing the same issue but with different service vehicles, fire trucks in my case.

I have the issue where pedestrians dont even use zoned ped paths. I dont know how to fix this.

Not had this issue before, do you have the "road/path" connected to a road which cars can drive on and the emergency services can come from? If you don't then that would be why the police etc can't reach those locations.
