Rigs screwing up legs
For some reason when I put the rig on the models, the legs twist inwards and screws the knee covers all up

Pull the knee bones forward. It should fix the problem!

I tried that, but instead of moving forward it just snaps the opposite direction instead

I'm still having no luck with the rig
Here's what it looks like when I pull the knee bones forward http://i.imgur.com/9LNuPPK.png
The arms and legs also rotate in place really fast with the rig when I hit the play button

if your trying to make him move his legs, use the rigged foot. should fix the problem.

If You Have Universal Rig By Red_Eye You Can Try That If That Doesn't Work Move The Rig_Foot And Pull The Knees Forward.
