Seems to be incompatible if used with Leviathan Events Xtended and ISBS Doomsday Weapons at the same time

Every planet in the galaxy (other than asteroids) are now planetary computers. Why?

I terraformed my Homeworld to this yet i obtained no bonuses but a -100% pop growth and all my districts were destroyed. I play a machine world.

Every planet can be terrraformed into a PC-planet, but the districts don't work
