Doesn't work for me either. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, mod still says it requires 1.10.3 and won't load.

I sure wish someone would explain how to get the mod to work with 1.10.4. The mod states to run it under 1.10.4 but it doesn't work for me.
This is my favorite mod and now it doesn't work.

I found a solution you need to subscribe to this mod Total War 1.8 Final Version and change the version to 1.8.2 and turn on this mod nothing more and you have an older version total war

I had a similar problem, in the loader "the mod is made for version 1.9"., but in the description file the version was 1.10.4. So if i start the game the Total War mod was not loaded, all was vanilla. For me the folowing solution works: in "Users\***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod" the mod file was missing, so i put the "descriptor.mod" file from your steam installation e.g. "E:\programme\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\806209426" (hopefully the id's are the same otherwise you have to look for HOI4 and the Total War mod directory) to this directory and rename it to "ugc_806209426.mod" (if other id, use this id) and after restart all was working.

Use 1.9 its working for me
