German Production Calc
I'm trying to figure out how the production math works. at the start of the game looking at the K98 factories it states the production is 32.88 with 16 factories at 50.13% eff and a mod of 11.1%.
Using the formula on the wikii: (Base output*Output Mod) * Eff
((4.5*1.111)*.5013) = 2.506 times 16 fact = 40.01 production.
What am I missing to not come up with the 32.88?

TW´s base IC per MIF is 3,7
