Reichskommissariats
Really enjoying the mod and the challenge it produces. However, I have noticed that, when I take the focus for the Reichskommissariats to form, the decisions panel disappears after starting my invasion of Poland, meaning I can not form puppets in Scandanavia, Poland, or the Low Countries. Is this supposed to happen?

The same thing happened to me on my current playthrough. I didn't notice exactly when their panel with them vanished, though I recall it was in place before I launched the invasion of Poland.

Mine disappeared as soon as I hit Fall Weis under decisions.

It is disabled. The modders felt it was too powerful, so as soon as you declare war they disappear. There is supposedly a full German re-work on the horizon that will address this among other things.
