I have a bug since Im playing an old version of the game where the soviet guard tank division doesn't spawn, I click the decision and get the event but nothing happens, this happens after reloading and even in different games, so can anyone take a screenshot, picture, or memorize some of the templates? you'll need to have a sov file where you either took the decisions or can take em.
