I have all the DLCs and the Total War MOD works. That's all I know for certain, but I think you do need them all.

I have all except La Resistance and it works fine for me. I might buy it though just to see.

I gave it a shot and the ships don't seem right, none have images in the production screen when choosing between them. Weird that it's so difficult to get a solid answer on this.

The devs say use all the dlcs

You need man the guns dlc (MTG) to get that

Yeah i picked up MTG, together for victory and waking the tiger as those seemed to add the most content. Didn't see much use in spending money on the others. Hopefully that doesn't screw up the mod much.

It will not work fine without DLCs, maybe you can do without BotB and MAYBE LaR but the others you probably must have.

I will never test or try to fix the mod without the DLCs, I just do this for fun and want to spend a majority of the time playing rather than fix versions I dont even play.
