idk how to deal with this and this just completely ruins the game for me with all my wars grinding into stand still, I'm currently playing as Germany and I conquered the UK and US first and is now pushing into the USSR but i cant move at all cause i need to martial law everything and is still not working and all the AI captured terrories especially in the baltics and Africa are just rebelling with like 30 divisions each and are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ me over.

Is there any way for this not to progress more or to even reverse? i'm stopping my game rn cause i cant progress at all in my wars and with all the uprising it's killing my computer too ;-;
