Organization First
Is the organization first field marshall trait actually working as intended? It seems not to be. If a division org was 30/30 before assigning the trait, it is 30/30 afterward, as well. Also, why is it that the Austrian troops absorbed by Germany have a much higher org than my regular German troops?

Seems your right about this. "Charismatic", on the other hand seems to be working. Att least a mouse-over on unit org. indicates as much.
