As in vanilla game and most of mods, winter effects are too weak... Attacking Russia is too easy without real snow storm ! It would be interesting to drastically increase winter effects on attack end defense, to represent what really means fighting in cold and snow... Improved winter uniforms could be added to attenuate these effects, such as modified oils for planes, snow kittens for panzer, and motorized trucks such as ROS, Maultier or Kettenkrad...
