The british AI is scripted to not reinforce the french frontline before certain conditions. Otherwise it would flood all its units there and get trapped. We are doing map changes to enable the british and american AI to function better.
Just a few things. From 1940 to spring 1941 I sunk the entire british fleet by spamming naval bombers over the channel. AI should know when to avoid an are filled with bombers.
Maybe aversion to Naval AI orders in locations where do not have air superiority?
