In my Japan game the US did nothing at all in the Pacific/Asia theater except for sending a few aircraft to fight in India. The entire US fleet was stuck protecting the eastern seaboard, and barely any of the US' Pacific islands were garissoned. A US Ai that doesn't even try to prevent Japan from expanding in the Pacific, and doesn't even divert their fleets when Hawaii is under direct attack really makes for a boring Japan game.

What has everyone else's experience been with the USA' AI?
