As Germany: It appears the decision to break the London Naval Treaty [which was available to the player after Nov. 1, 1936] has been removed. So, I ran the first Kriegsmarine focus. When completed, I received notice that the London Naval Treaty focus was bypassed. I have no idea why. However, on my Research Screen, it still shows the treaty as having a negative research effect. Then, in early 1937, I got the popup that Japan had broken the treaty and I had to take the hit in war support. Looks like this process is a little bugged.
