I'll bet this is about the low number being produced in general which is quite confusing at the beginning. Cause 1 tank is one tank. 1 arty is one arty. 1 inf equipment is equipment for something like 20+ soldiers. The same uniforms, med/rad tools. It would be little more simple if one inf equipment would represent equipment for 1 soldier. The same uniforms. Tools lets say 1 for each 100 soldiers (or ten, or one). So lowering IC cost, raising demand for each battalion. Would make planning/counting easier.

Perhaps just changing the name "Inf equipment" to something like "Platoon Weapons" can do the trick

1939 late, Germany

1939? It's low, should be 40 at least. Industry techs increase it. Depends what have you researched. So it is not bug almost sure. Screenshot of ind tech and production window would help.

Edit: You need little more then 500 for Inf Division so you get it every 20 days even with 27/day production.

I'm in late 1937 ... 14 factories ... 30/day. So you definitely forgot to research something, tools/industry/railway/factory workshops techs.

I ve checked that 27/day and this is wad. When game starts, at 50% efficiency, this value wth 16 factories is around 15/day or smoething like this. Then, with 100% efficiency and other bonus you can get around 40/day... With this production, you can do around 3 divisions per month.

Perhaps the problem is just this mod has production adjusted so u can not do zillions of all kinds of stuff. If you want to do more infantry divisions, you need not to do tanks, or planes, or artillery.
