cant find leader of erator PLZ HELP!!!!!!!

find
captain ash (leader of erator)
hes not even in the ship
i also cant find tunra airport, is it captain peter?

okay i found some leaders
Leader of Azel is Captain Azel, and he is on top of doctors area
Leader of Tunra is possibly captain Peter and he will be in a stair case
But where's leader of Erator?

Another question: How do I even get into Fort Azel? I've been roaming through the city for the past hour and haven't found anything where to enter...

You have to go through other subway enterences, i think you can go by tunnels or sewers or do /teleport Fort Azel

the entrance is under the overpass on the south side of the city
