Stats?
+ On hit, lowers an enemy's speed to -20% for one second
- Takes 5 seconds to reload (active reload like the Crusader's Crossbow's attributes)

The 5-second reload is to avoid constant spam of the weapon to make an enemy permanently slowed/stuck/paralyzed.

Anyways, any other stats for this weapon?

Edit:

Yeah, I realised this is basically a Scorch Shot Reskin from the Meet the Pyro update, but I just want to have fun giving stats if it wasn't a reskin.

Dude this would just be a really good reskin aye. Like Flaregun/Scorch reskin. Then you would have the rainblower, bubble gun, and lollichop as a pyroland set.

You...don't extinguish with a secondary which is most likely a flare gun, scorch shot or a detonator

As much as it pains me to say it, i think that this would be a scorch shot reskin, whith the effect of visiting pyroland whilst equipped.
that way, you could be the pyro from the meet the pyro short!
