If you wanted a rough idea on how I created the image above, click the link below. Just take note that this isn't a step by step guide on how to make a scene from scratch. This just roughly shows what I used for the finished product.

Oh my god teach me your ways how does one fog and sunlight and shade and I can use color modifcation ok but not great and when to use bloom holy hell ur great but rip pc

It's all a matter of getting testing to see what works for your picture. Don't be scared to set up a scene and test the fog, the lights and any other settings. Try to start low and work your way up till you find what fits the scene. You can even use the fog to set the mood. Just make sure the fog isn't too thick or over the top in colour. Rendering is also an important tool to bring the picture together. Use the 'Super depth of field' is what I use to render. Just play around with it to get an idea on how it works.

It's actually a base game effect. You can type 'light' in the search bar and find different sized versions of the sun beam.
