How do I activate or use shrine?

1. Melee all Redstone and Diamond ores around map
2. Go up to crafting table next to the shrine
3. press F even though it doesn't give prompt and it will give you a diamond block and a redstone block the second time you click f
4. place the blocks in the shrine on the empty stone brick blocks
5. fill the shrine with like 40 kills or something
6. click F on the enchanting table in the middle for free perkaholic

For step 3, jump on the block to pick it up! Couldn't figure this out at first. Thanks @DreamBreaker474 and @OP
