You could create a copy of the wallpaper, as each wallpaper has it's own settings...
1. First. Go to the folder where steam is installed and browse to:
\steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\projects\myprojects
2. Then create a new folder for the copy of the wallpaper in myprojects.
3. Go to the wallpaper browser, and right click on any wallpaper you want to duplicate.. select "Open in Explorer"
4. Copy all the files from the wallpaper in to the folder you created in myprojects.
5. Open notepad, an open the "project.json" file that you copied ( so not the original ). Find the "title" entry ( probably at the bottom of the file ), and rename the wallpaper so you can easier know which is which. Save the file.
This should give you a copy of the wallpaper, and the copy will have it's own settings. Then you can configure to use the copy of the wallpaper to be used for the screensaver.
