Why would you want the stats nerfed by Half, its great for people that want a wyvern but not the size, reminds me of the drakes from annunaki genesis.

Because the smaller have a major advantage in the air as they are FAR more maneuverable. Equal stats but handling better means that they nearly obsolete the full size. Making them quicker, more maneuverable but weaker balances.
