BUG please help me

I've tested that other mods don't have bugs like this and I've tested all the mods through the elimination method
The mod that conflicts with Engineer is this:

I had this problem for a long time and the wrench and the helmet would work but you just mouse over the wrench and the helmet and you get this crash
