To pack a punch on this map, all you need to do is open the house with electric cherry in it. To actually enter the pack a punch room, you need the zombie blood drop (the pumpkin drop). While you have that active, jump into the mirror in that room. It will do a spoopy cutscene, and you will be teleported in. To get out, all you have to do is open the gate from inside the PaP room for 0 points. Then, it will be accessible whenever.
