Rocks on roads
I'm having a problem where small rocks are not deleted once I placed a road. I'm not sure if it's the mod needing an update or something that is wrong with my game. Any form of help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance :steamhappy:

I am having the same problem as well. The best solution I came up with is using Better Bulldozer, which allows to filter props and delete them from the selected area.

Yeah I've been using Move It marquee selection for props and trees. The problem seems to sometimes trigger when moving the road (or something close by) with the move it mod. Affected area seems to be quite large. I wonder which mod actually has the bug to fix...

Maybe prop and tree anarchy, if you turn it off then it should work and you can jsut turn it on with Shift + P after, im not sure if thats the problem sorry, I hope it works now!

It not only makes rocks and trees (and whatever prop you put on roads) stay on every road when you build them, but it also makes road construction quite annoying because (even with Road Anarchy deactivated) it does not detect next-road point to join segments and both roads overlap so vehicles cannot drive on them.

Yeah, sometimes it fixes itself i don't know why and to remove the rocks and trees you can use move it and zone all the things you want to remove. You have to make sure you set to only remove tree and rocks so it doesn't remove your roads

I've been investigating around about what was happening, and I deactivated and activated all my mods that could cause this (Road Anarchy, Move it, Prop Snapping, Prop and Tree Anarchy) and I found that the mod that causes all of this is just Prop Anarchy, not Prop Snapping.

When having it turned off, [Shift]+

by default, everything works perfectly.
I guess, sometimes when you turn it off, for some cause, it continues on and that is why, even being shown off, it continues allowing props (vanilla trees an rocks) on our roads.

I don't believe this to be the case. I've disabled the Prop and Tree Anarchy mod and upgraded my roads yet they're still full of rocks. As soon as I disable the Prop Snapping mod the problem is fixed instantaneously upon loading my saved city.

Prop and Tree Anarchy made no difference for me. It appears the issue is entirely with Prop Snapping.

This is the answer. Disabling Prop Snapping solved the issue in my case. I didn't reactivate it after disabling, but I imagine the issue will come back. It's annoying but I also don't use Prop Snapping that often.
