His squire on the other hand, follows him around because he says he gets 'easy profit' from it because the knight in his eyes is a hulking brute who destroys everything because of his sword, armor, and his skills, not even to mention his size and stature to go with his hulking strength. He's constantly joking around with the knight, and being snarky, usually getting smacked upside the head by his master for it.
(In essence, the Knight can join your party for a large sum of gold, and if possible him and his squire join because you hire him, the knight is extremely powerful but only really good as a warrior, the squire is mainly a sneak-thief and a smith because of having to take care of his Lords' armor.)
The best way that I could think of would be through the Hivers (Southern or Western). Both Hives are known to exile flawed members of their caste, so I believe that it is within reason to introduce a new generic character known as "Hive Reject" or "Hive Freak." They're very much similar to the vanilla lost drones, but with a couple exemptions; these freaks would have their proportions set to ridiculous and are incapable of coherent speech.
Perhaps, you'll find them dotting the wilderness in packs of mutants screaming nonsense or in slave markets being sold as exotic slaves.
