The sleeves are colorable. Not the vest. If the vest was. It could cause team confusion.

I think heavy would be more of a Russell Northrop type. And russell wears a white bullworth shirt.

Sorry Guys. this item is scout exclusive. Heavy does not match as Jimmy Hopkins.

Well, as a scout only item, this is fine. Still a bit dissapointed about the no colorable shirt thing. Hey, I can just play on Blu team to be enough like Jimmy, still no Smtih though....

Like i explained 'The King of Australia' if the Vest was paintable. it would case team confusion to players. which could lead the item not being added into the game.
