What you're asking for is a completely different gamemode, and that already exists. It's called GMod DayZ, but it's not free and can be found on scriptfodder if you don't mind throwing away $40 or so.

The whole point of the bubble is to create intense moments and prevent campers or long rounds. To remove it will pretty much just be TTT with 2 people left (Both camping).
