Hi there was an error playing all 1-5 outbreak files idk how to fix it im new to this

hello, im having a trouble, i usually got crash without error message while load ur custom map, other add-on campaign r fine only this one have an issue, can u help me out? also i want to ask why i should turn on all map at the same time

Hellfire has invisible players and npcs/zombies. along with the ladder / door in the beginning. not sure what's going on there. tried to skip to the level after but the door closing would not do anything
