I just now saw this message, so I realize I'm a bit late... But it's really not any different than with any other mod. You can save objects to your chest or mark them as persistent, then load another save to bring them in. Although I don't believe you can do this with scripted elements, at the moment.

Furthermore, the scripts in this mod heavily rely on guids, which would probably get messed up upon copying. Thus, I suggest if you're interested in the scripting elements, that you use this mod as a base and add your elements into it rather than the other way around.
