I think HazRolo here is asking for the map to have compatibility with the MW Zombies mod added.

The map used to have compatiblity with MWZ Lite, and now it doesn't, yet when you choose a map with the mod running and go under Lite Compatible Maps, this map is in that list. The mod even works with rabiez' new Desert Arena map, and that's not under the list of compatible maps.

It is frustrating that this is happening, because the MWZ Lite mod worked really well with this map and made it that much more fun to play. I religiously used that mod on Rust because it was that much fun, and getting the tac nuke after getting 2000 kills is much more satisfying then a 50k buyable ending.
