probably because Demoman doesn't have a "Head Replacement" bodygroup whereas Pyro does.

hell, I'm honestly surprised Valve didn't make a Robot Pyro head cosmetic for Pyro by now.

it make more sense for it to be only for demo because the sentry buster in mvm is the class demo but resized and reskined for the sentry buster and its melee is a WII ubercable.
