k i think you could try make your own code or try to rip the animation out from the game

there's ways to manage bones and have a walking animation.
just play the walking animation and have his arm bone manipulated forwards to make it look like he's reaching for you.
simple.

i also beleave he should not have the tele thing and he wont be able the detect you far away the reson i think that is becuase 049 stays in the area he was in merory in game and he can only scence your *desies* for limited range

also fun fact if you do the power room event with 049 first before going to his containment area he come to you from the evlevater and he can call the ele back down which is a troll move

The drive animation is better.

just export animation from scp containment breach and use his hand animation
that would be epic update

You can't just export an animation from another game and have it magically rigged to his bones. It isn't that simple. I would just have him use a normal walk cycle instead. He does walk normally when he isn't close to you.
