I can't find the Rocket Boots tech. This is not the powerful pulse jump tech, it is different.

Do i need to start a new game to get these? There is no book at terramart.

I can't find the techs in the tech console, however I made the techboard. Any specific place to get the techs?

The target blink wont work.

Also you need a Atomic Furnice. the final upgraded version of it.
