How to have zombies spawner models to appear
You go to Invisable wall creator and uncheck (preview Config).

Yeah this is whats happening to me right now as well. Its a little frustrating.

yea. I tried restarting Gmod, deleting and redownloading all the mods(that is a part of this), unistalling everything, and it still don't work.

It says go to the invisable wall creator and check or uncheck preview configs to actually see the zombies, and invisable walls.
