Download the Gamemode here.

https://github.com/Zet0rz/nzombies

After downloading it go Program Files (86x) > Steam > SteamApps > Common > GarrysMod > GarrysMod > Addons and put the file there.

Download the Content Packs and the Gamemode if you want to play it.

Is that what you were trying to say? Did you download both contents + the download in github? Did you put the github download in the addons folder? Did you take the "download" folder out of the previous folder and into the addons folder with the stuff inside it?
