Your descriptor file and why stellaris deletes it...
I need help on this one, every time I load the game the mods not listed and in the directory the descriptor.mod file disappears. Any help with this would be appreciated please.

Oh, and I have chaos marine fleets as pirates and I have that mod off. I could use some help with that too... seems to me the ships should not be there when I load the game with no mods enabled.

That's strange, are you simply subscribing or are you touching the files themselves?
