Have you tried deactivting every addon in the addons menu in gmod and leaving just Prone Mod and WOS?

For Real, the prone mod is fine..you guys just ♥♥♥♥ up your pc's and everyone else has no problem.

Sounds like you tried to use a Miku Model, the model on Miku wasn't constructed properly, in fact, almost all of the Player Models don't have their models made correctly.
